Job Description: Home Bound LLC is currently hiring Property Preservation Companies to perform Lawn Care Services in Texas for the county listed below: EL PASO TEXAS AREA We are currently hiring lawn care contractors for the EL PASO AREA We are seeking grass cut only vendors! Must have experience performing grass cuts with a property preservation company. Must be familiar with HUD guidelines. Must have experience performing residential property preservation grass cuts. Independent contractors will be responsible for performing grass cut services and photographing the results and providing before and after photos of the results. Must be able to submit work order results,bids and invoices into the client system. Contractor will also photograph any damages. Grass cut results will be submitted accurately and on time to the client system. Candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Software and internet capabilities. Contractor will be responsible for providing information, images and reports via multiple technology tools to include laptops/tablets, Smart phones (Blackberry, iPhone, etc), and digital cameras. Must be completed within 24 hours. - Perform all types of work orders accurately and on time - Research bad address to locate the correct property location - Upload photos and enter grass cut results into company system or email results directly to company. - Check ques for new client system on a regular basis for any new and returned work orders. - Available by phone for questions. Contractors are paid twice per month and pay are paid a flat fee per grass cut. Independent contractor will receive a xxxx at the end of the year.
