Job Description
This person will provide specialist administrative services, as appropriate, in such areas as PeopleSoft, human resources, fiscal management; contract and grant administration, monitor and maintain faculty, staff, or student affairs; general business administration; work direction to one or more technical or clerical staff, work direction/supervision to subordinate administrative personnel.
Duties include assisting in the preparation and monitoring of the department budget and other fiscal matters; working with CAO on developing SOPs and internal policies and procedures; facilities management; systems; collections; grants development; equipment and supplies; personnel; and special projects. Develop, coordinate and implement programmatic strategic assessment across all mission areas in support of the College's strategic plan and University accreditation requirements.
